The homstead Breckenridge Colorado River rocks and logs cover the exterior of this sprawling,
single story, ranch house known as "The Homestead". With inspiring views of surrounding mountains, this spacious home rental
nestles into the lower slopes of Peak 7 and close to the ski
areas of Breckenridge. The 3,400 square feet, floor plan, including five bedrooms and
four full baths, offers ample room for groups of up to 10 guests.
The Lodge-style interior design with massive, aspen and pine furniture;
colorful quilts; high
beamed ceilings and large country kitchen, sets the
scene for a relaxing mountain vacation. No smoking, No pets or lose security deposit!!! Trails for cross-country skiing, hiking and biking accessed from our backyard. Large, well equipped Kitchen provides 27 sq. foot refrigerator w/ ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, instant-hot water dispenser plus small appliances to ease your meal preparation. The decor is inspired by our wonderful surroundings and beautiful area. This room is wonderfully spacious, full of light and great for entertaining. Dining table seats 10 comfortably.
